Steps to reproduce:
1: Install Kubuntu 13.10 amd64 (I used encrypted rootfs using LUKS/LVM during install, not sure if this is relevant)
2: Install nvidia driver (not sure if relevant)
3: Set up autologin (not sure if relevant)
4: Reboot computer
5: When it logs in to KDE, kded4 crashes every time.
