No issues until latest update from Fedora 19 software repositories (going to kde 4.11).  From that point forward, can duplicate.  Login, applications saved for session start.  Do nothing (just wait), within 2-3 minutes at most error occurs.  Logout, log back in, error repeats.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
