When more treeview tools are active than fit into the treeview widget two
buttons appear which scroll the tabs left/right.
Strangely those buttons just have black squares on them instead of say
arrows pointing left and right.
I suspect there maybe some pixmap files missing...

Perhaps something wrong with the install?  Can't reproduce.
