I'm using Hebrew as well as English keyboard layouts.
When I am in konquror, I use Ctrl+F to open the search, Ctrl+T to open a new tab, etc etc.
The problem is, that when my hebrew layout is active, the shortcuts don't work.

It probably isn't specifically a Konqueror bug, but it is very critical in a browser as one uses many shortcuts, and is likely to use multiple layouts - other browers such as Firefox don't have this problem.
