Description Teodor 2013-06-15 21:43:43 UTC
It would be usefull to have an option to disable handling of "caret return" in pasted text for safty reasons.
Solution is just adding '\' before every 'caret return'.
Sometimes I need to paste several lines of commands, but I always forget, that every "end of line" will "press enter".

Reproducible: Always

I forgot the main reason:
when you copying a line with commands, it often happens, that you accidently copy a 'caret return' in the end of line with the hole line.
