Hi there,

This issue was mentioned in bug #310871 in comment #18 but this is a separate issue I think. When Kscreensaver activates, it briefly flashes the lock screen, which I would prefer not to see. Then, it goes to the black screen. However, the mouse pointer is still visible on top of the black screen.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Pure black screen with no locker flash and no pointer.
