In my rekonq configuration settings I have the default downloads directory set to my home folder.  Initially there is no directory named Downloads in my home folder.  However, upon starting rekonq a Downloads directory appears my home folder.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. If ~/Downloads exists, remove it.
2. Restart system.
3. Start rekonq.
Actual Results:  
~/Downloads exists

Expected Results:  
Left my home directory unchanged
