When you add a previously added ICM profile, you get a "Failed to import color profile" which is an incorrect error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a color profile
2. Add it again

Actual Results:  
Error about not being able to add the profile

Expected Results:  
A dialog should pop up saying that you've already added the profile
