When I'm open the "Modules of system configuration" (I russian, and on my language its look like "Модули настройки системы"), section "Activity Settings" (on russian: "Настройка для комнат"), opened page "Power Management" (help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html). Its's bad link. Fix please. Reproducible: Always

I'm just surprised, that links "Activity Settings" and "Powersaving" have the same destination ("help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html"). Is it correct? I'm expect, that link "Activity Settings" must have destination, for example, "help:/kcontrol/activities/index.html". Also link "Advaced Settings" have the destination "help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html".

That's a bug in PowerDevil, not in KDE documentation, imho.
