Description Michael G. Hansen 2012-10-10 20:53:08 UTC
When the KDE IM accounts configuration dialog is opened in the systemsettings, it fits nicely onto my screen. However, when I open the "KDE IM Contacts" application and go to "Instant Messaging Settings", the dialog has a minimum vertical size of 660px (measured on a monitor with higher resolution). Thus, I can not see the OK/Apply/Cancel buttons on the netbook. There is a lot of vertical free space in the dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Interestingly when launched from System Settings this minimum size is not enforced.

It appears that it's fixed to the size of the "General" tab, we should certainly fix this minimum size.

I imagine the bug is inside kdelibs code, if this is the case, we should open a new bug, mark this as blocked by that bug. (Then fix it.)

Wrap KDED Config in a ScrollArea

This fixes a bug that KMultiPageDialog does not automatically add a scrollbar
and forces the dialog to be very tall

Systemsettings does not have this problem because it has it's own scrollbar
