I'd like to see a quick summary of the number of attachments I have as well as the total size of all the attachments

This info could be put on the bottom of the composer window, adjacent to the "hide attachment list" button

For example: 2 attachments (2.3kb)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add attachment
2. add another attachment
3. add another attachment
Actual Results:  
no summary of how many attachments you have nor how big the attachments are

Expected Results:  
a small messages showing you have N attachments taking up X bytes of space
