The feature I miss most in KNode from other news clients is a timed article checker. It would be nice to set a for a server account to be synchronised every 5/10/X minutes.

BTW: KDE 2.2/Knode 0.6 is *superb* and my ISP upgraded their nntp server too. Wonders never cease!
