When adding files from a Nepomuk search (e.g. from Dolphin) via drag'n'drop to a new mail, the filename contains the full URL which is URL encoded and all % signs are replaced by an underscore. → Open Dolphin → Click on search → Enter a searchterm → Open KMail → Compose a new mail → Drag'n'drop a file from the search results to the composer window → Select "Add file as attachment" The name of the attached file looks like this: file_3A_2F_2F_2Fhome_2Felias_2Fdmidecode.txt When doing this with a file from a regular Dolphin view, the filename looks correct.
I confirm it but for me it's not a kmail bug but a dolphin bug.
