Screenshot of transparent pulldown menu in bugs.kde.org

Pulldown menus are mostly transparent. Repeated mouse clicking shows the menu contents perhaps 10% of the time. It's possible to display individual menu entries using the mouse scroll wheel. This started happening with 4.9.0; it was OK in 4.8.x.

Do you use NVidia binary driver?
