The size of the stars seems to depend on the length of the folder name. So the stars can become very small for short folder names.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to icon view mode
2. Use adjust view properties -> additional information -> check ratings in order to enable the display of ratings in the file view
Actual Results:  
The stars are very small for folders with short names.

Expected Results:  
The stars should all have the same size.
