Visit http://www.paypal.com  and browse over to the shops.  If JavaScript is enabled you can't click on the name of a shop.

Stupid website doesn't generate links if browser isn't NS or IE.
Change your useragent and the links will work.

May I suggest a default user-agent hack be installed  
for paypal.com?
