Description m.wege 2012-06-17 19:17:34 UTC
Today I have upgraded from KDE 4.8.4 to KDE 4.9 Beta 2. I have noticed following regression in dual screen mode:
I have an external monitor which I have configured so that its content is shown above the internal (laptop) screen. The internal screen is configured as a main screen. Since the beta 2 (I did not have beta1) it is not possible to move a window from the internal screen to the external screen when grabbing it via mouse. It just blocks on the above screen edge. The other way around, moving a window from the external screen to the internal one, works without a problem. It also works to move a window from the internal screen to the external via short cut. Since the feature list for KDE 4.9 mentions a lot changes within kwin, I suspect it has something to do with those changes.

Reproducible: Always
