Description e3k 2012-06-11 17:16:24 UTC
when i search in favorities and get some results when i want a program to start i have to use the mouse or press enter. please enable also the arrow keys to to choose a result.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.press kdebutton in the left bottom corner
2. type 'ter' into the search field
3. press the down arrow key
Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
the cursor should move to the first result after pressing the arrow down once.

idea came from mozilla firefox where you can type in a part of the url and afterwards you can browse with the kbd only in the results.

This is not a feature request. This is a bug report. This used to work (4.7) but doesn't work now (4.8). I was about to file the same report, but search found this first. Can we get this changed from "wishlist" to "normal"? It's seriously annoying.

Thanks,

Oh, nevermind. This is a duplicate of defect 297842. Should finish looking at all the search matches first.
