At the opening of high-image zoom widget is endless and goes off the screen.

See a screenshot, because my english is not so good for better explanation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open very tall image
2. Set 100% zoom
3. Try to move selection on zoom widget to top
