Hi 

i am not able to put tool buttons on the right side of dolphin for example 

i would like get this

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to put buttons on the right side of an application

Actual Results:  
you can not put buttons on the right side 

Expected Results:  
you should be able to put buttons on the left and on the right

You are talking about icons on the toolbar. There is only one toolbar and the position of the icons on this toolbar are language dependent: for right to left languages, the toolbar icons start from the right, for left to right languages the toolbar icons start from the left.
How do you suggest to achieve what you want?

well i don't know how to .... 

but if you say that is language dependent it should be easy because it detects the languages and it sets buttons's side 

the easier way would be to add an option on toolbars option windows

Whenit detects a right to left language, EVERYTHING is then aligned to the right(meaning the whole toolbar icons). This is not what you want on your screenshot. What you want is to group some icons on the toolbar and put them on the right while the rest stay on the left. I would say that you want some sort of "spacer" as in a panel, no?

yes  a spacer it could be good , but a spacer that should be able to resize itself when you resize  the window or you will not able to see buttons on small window
