rekonq (0.9.1) on KDE Platform 4.8.3 (4.8.3) using Qt 4.8.1

Clicking "Send" button in poczta.onet.pl webmail application (it opens separate window for e-mail editing and closes it after "Send" is clicked; e-mail was actually sent out).
System load was pretty nominal, with only flash movie played in another tab.
It happened on 4.8.3 SC after update to freshly installed Kubuntu 12.04.

Some time ago machine had it's RAM replaced (performance related upgrade) and thoroughly tested using memtest and similar tools (e.g. one built in Windows Vista). No other problems like this exist on other software / OSses installed on machine (Dell Inspiron 1520).
It's also unlikely to be flash-related issue, as stability with flash plugin in rekonq appears to have been appreciably impoved over previous SCs.
