you have something really really broken with your KDE installation. Can you put the output of: qdbus org.kde.kded and qdbus org.kde.kded /kded org.kde.kded.loadedModules ? Thanks !

That shows the module loaded, is it still not working? do you still have the same problem we can see in the screenshot?
