Description Mekenok HearsCrow 2012-03-08 13:21:37 UTC
I upgraded to KDE 4.8 some time ago and everything was fine. I took an update (via apper) yesterday (March 7th) and since then, every time I boot the system, Kmix crashes on startup. If I take the re-start (Kmix) option from the crash dialogue, it restarts itself with no further trouble.

This now happens on every system load.

(system: Dell Inspiron running SuSe 12.1 (3.1.9-1.4-desktop) and KDE 4.8.1)

Crash backtrace attached.

You forgot the backtrace.

It is actually preferred to just paste the backtrace into comment so that it can be searched

It most certainly is bug 209975, but if you have a backtrace that is different, please add it.

Sorry guys! I did send the backtrace as an attachment - which does not seem to have attached. Here is the trace:-
