We can open accounts, there should be a way to open this too. Not sure if it should be both in one dialog (like systemsettings) or two entries in the menu. Think about it before implementing.
And/Or via "Configure Custom Presence" dialog? It does logically fit. (suggestion made by Eliasp on IRC)
