The only way konqueror not crashes, is launching it from the terminal.

If I use any KDE feature for launching it, crashes.

Why not simply update the previous ticket you opened instead of opening a new one ? 

Anyways, I personally cannot reproduce this. The only way to get to the bottom it for you is to either create a new account and see if the crash happens in that account too or remove  (do not forget to back it up) konqueror setting files ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc, ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror and ~/.kde/share/apps/khtml resolve you problem ?

No. I have removed all related file to konqueror in /.kde/share/config/, in /.kde/share/apps/, I have created a new home folder for my user and removed the folder .kde4 but nothing works. The crash happens again and again.

Do you get the crash if you switch the rendering engine to "WebKit" ? Since you cannot launch Konqueror, you can switch the browser engine using the following command: kcmshell4 khtml_general or simply ALT+F2 and type khtml_general. Make sure you install the kwebkitpart package first.

BTW, I too also use ArchLinux and cannot obviously reproduce this crash. I have a patch for khtml that I can post and you can try, but I am not a khtml developer so I do not know if the patch is actually correct.

My mistake, if I switch the rendering engine to WebKit, konqueror does not crash using any kde instance.

The problem is with using KHTML

Mine install crashes every time with Webkit or KHTML. I can manually start it and it comes up and stays up but gets some error messages on the konsole.

After this it get other errors depending whats done. I have reinstalled Konqueror and Adobe Reader several times, no help. what is the invalid browser table error? How do you restore the table?
