Hi,

I have noticed this only in 4.8 RC2. If I open amarok and modify it's geometry - ie make it bigger etc.. and then send it to systray, they next time I click on its systray icon it will pop out with all the geometry back to some default settings.

Something simmilar happens to Kopete. If I move it to the right (as I'm facing the screen) and then send it to systray, when I click its button Kopete will pop-out to the left of the screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Read the "Details" it's all there.

Does any of your actions involve maximized windows?

Hi,

No, neither the Kopete nor the Amarok windows were maximized. This was also as I could get to default settings. I renamed my old .kde folder and let RC2 create a new one

Work fines for me.

Feel free to reopen the report if the problem still happens in recent versions ( KDE SC 4.8.4 or higher). Thanks.
