only packages with major numbers <= 3 are supported by this version of RPM

[learfox@localhost /tmp]$ more /etc/issue

Kernel 2.2.15 on an i586

Redhat RPMs was packaged with RPM4
and Redhat 6.x dosen't use
RPM4.

Read the KDE package policy at http://dot.kde.org/986933826/ then complain 
to the packagers.
