- What I was doing when the application crashed:I was trying to drag some wav files in Dolphin and it would not work. I decided to restart and then I got 2 crashes: Plasma and Policykit both crashed, but I was able to send these error report. Sometimes it crashes to a point where a crash report cannot be submitted

Thank you for triaging :) Please refer to the master bug, not to a duplicate.
Sal: you should install debugging packages when reporting crashes, your report is not really helpful.
