the screenprint of my desktop that shows the issue

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

The widget-clock on my panel shows events from kde kontact calendar without changing it to my valid timezone.
I've downloadet calendar from
http://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/release-calendar/
with was writen with time in Pacific timezone,
and the "kontact" application automatically convert the hours to my time in local timezone. But when thoose events are shown in widget-digital-clock I can see that events but the time (hours) are wrong, cause they are shown in Pacific time zone(Los Angeles). They should be shown the same like in calendar of "kontact" app.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
after restarting the kubuntu it allways occur.
If I add other calendar I got the same problem.

Actual Results:
I got the time on the clock not in my timezone, but in Los Angeles Pacific Timezone.

Expected Results:
It should be shown in local zone with is Europe/Warsaw

widget-clock should get the time (hours) of events form kontact after it convert it to local time
