All solution I saw so far were for older version of kde. I can't find exactly where I must go or what I must do to solve this common bug. Please note that I'm a new user and that I am using this system in french.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
System Settin -> User Setting -> Click on "change image" then I have the translated message: "Votre administrateur a désactivé le changement d'image" In english it's probably something like: "Your administrator has deactivated the changing of image"

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens after this

Expected Results:  
Be able to change my profile image as I like
