Seems like this is a well known thing but i didn´t found a bug until yet and its not fixed yet.

This is a small thing. If you delete the default starters in the Plasma Panel (Konqueror and Dolphin) the entrys gets not removed from the config file.

So after plasma restart, they appear again. They are some kind of impossible to undelete.

This happens since KDE 4.7.0 on me and in case of it is not fixed, even in KDE 4.7.2, im going to open this bug

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a default Plasma Panel (best thing it to use a clean first KDE start with a new user)
try to delete the starters
restart plasma

Actual Results:  
starters are still there and not deleted

Expected Results:  
starters should be deleted

It seems like its just not deleted correctly from the config. Nothing hard to solve.

Workaround is just deleting the default panel and creating a own one
