While there is an option to enable those launch icons for active applications (Should a launch icon be in a task bar?), there is not an option to disable them for inactive applications.


Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
Every session I remove dolpin and konqueror launchers as I totally dislike that way of work, I prefer to have them in favorites or launchers that I like.

Expected Results:  
A way to enable/disable those launchers.
