Binary package hint: kdeadmin

All user/group managment tools have to rely on the adduser/useradd mechanism.

But kuser is not even following the same rules when creating users/groups.

I don't think it's a good idea to add hard-coded distro-specific code to KUser.

Maybe a front-end is acceptable, which parses login.defs and co., and puts the settings into kuser's KConfig file.
