Actual Results: What you get is two entries in korganizer: A & B's anniversary B & A's anniversary Expected Results: Only one entry should show up

As far as I can see the feature to mark a person as a partner of another in your contacts is gone. If you just type in the name in the input field for partner it still happens. So I'm not sure if we should still count that as a bug, or if the feature of marking as partner was discontinued.
