When I add a new 'default'-(preconfigured)-panel it contains two launcher icons since the Upgrade to KDE 4.7, normally Dolphin and Firefox.
When I'm trying to remove them they appear again after the next reboot.
This happens also when you try to add new Icons - they disappear after reboot.

A possible workaround is to create a new empty panel and add the default plasmoids by hand but this doesn't solve the issue with the disappearing icons when you add them.

Steps to Reproduce:
-Create a new 'default'-panel
-Delete those Launcher-Icons next to the K-Menu
-restart


Expected Results:  
Icon positions and settings should be saved properly
