Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2011-07-25 21:41:05 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

All events I have in my KOrganizer are shown with UTC time in the Plasma clock.
For example a meeting that is entered by "14:00" in Korganizer shows up as "12:00" (UTC+2, GMT+1 Summer Time) in Plasma clock.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a calendar in your KOrganizer and make it appear in the Plasma clock

Actual Results:
The event starting time is shown in UTC time rather than in local time

Expected Results:
The event starting time is shown in local time.

Affects both local calendars and Akonadi ical stuff. Also appointments that were added while Plasma was running show incorrect timezone.

It doesn’t matter if I change that "Clock defaults to: Local" to "Europe/Berlin" or (un)check UTC and in the list. Events are shown in UTC time no matter what

Is this the same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=279427 ?
