Description Kubuntiac 2011-07-09 05:45:12 UTC
Version: svn (using KDE 4.6.4)
OS: Linux

When copying and pasting from another document, it often carries across unwanted formatting. It would be very useful to have a "Past without Formatting" option the same as the one in LibreOffice.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Copy and paste text from a document with different formatting to one in Calligra Words.

Actual Results:
Pasted text overrides the current documents formatting with that of the document it was copied from.

Expected Results:
Text is able to be pasted using the formatting of the document it's being pasted into, rather than bringing the formatting from the document it was copied from.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-8-generic-pae
Compiler: cc

Wow. I paste a feature request and have it running on my system less than 24 hours later... Sheesh. I can't see that happening with MS office any time soon. Thanks!
