Test data

Version: git checkout 9a54655da37b07ee9e670d9f537a8922afc26030
        (Using KDE 4.5.5)                
     OS: Kubuntu 10.10
Test data is in word 2007 format which has some picture in the header.
Open the same document in Calligra Words, check the display of the header in every page.

Expected outcome:
Picture in the header should be displayed in every page.
Actual outcome:
Picture is displaying only in the 1st page of the document.

Frequency:
Always.

Actually that is even correct. Odd headers/footers are only displayed on page 1,3,5,... while even headers/footers are only displayed on page 2,4,6,...

So, if it's wanted that we displayed the same image on every page then be need either make sure that the header-left/footer-left elements are not written so uniform-headers/footers are used or we need to write the same content into the header-left and header vs footer-left and footer elements in the styles.xml.
