Until recently (can't be more specific), Device Notifier correctly recognized Audio CDs, and gave me options to play, rip, etc. Now this does not happen. Inserting an Audio CD results in nothing showing up in Device Notifier. The Audio CD does appear in Dolphin however, and I can play it, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Insert an Audio CD.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens in Device Notifier.

Expected Results:  
The Audio CD appear in Device Notifier.

Does that still happen with KDE 4.7/4.8?

It does seem to work with 4.7.4; I'll check again when I get 4.8 to ensure no regressions.

seems to be broken again in 4.9.4
