Currently, the zoom-in and zoom-out hotkeys, as well as the zoom slider at the bottom bar, do not zoom Krita into the mouse cursor or into the center of the image, they zoom into the top-left corner (or top-right when in mirror mode) and cause the artist to waste precious time having to pan back to the old cursor position after zooming.

Fix this so that the cursor zooms into the mouse or tablet cursor, or to the center of the image when there's no cursor inside the canvas.
