polkit-kde-authentication-agent-1 (0.99.0) on KDE Platform 4.6.2 (4.6.2) using Qt 4.7.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Each time i shutdown my computer I am told that the kde policy kit has crashed, I am using a fresh install of kubuntu.
