Distribution: Ubuntu 11.04

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
installing and de-installing adobe flash plugin

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
flashplugi did not word, still do not work, and
after login, panel behaviour > double panel up and down
had to remove panel  and add it again to make it work

- Custom settings of the application:

The crash can be reproduced every time.
