Description Landis 2011-05-13 10:39:55 UTC
Version: 0.0.1 (using KDE 4.6.2)
OS: Linux

for as long as i can remember, klauncher and or kmenu invert the Correct order of items.
Then Name should be the Name.
and the Description, that, a description not the Name of the item.
If some dev on the team wants the 'description' listed first, then he and only he should have to get used to listing them in the Wrong order, not the rest of us.

I've complained about this for several years, but keep getting banded from KDE.org as they are a bunch of panzies that don't like their crap 'picked on' even when they are dead wrong.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
click on app-launcher

openSuSE 11.4
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop
Compiler: gcc

Complaining is not constructive and your problem is forgotten very quickly unless it is tracked in bugzilla.

If you have noticed the problem several years ago, you should open a bug report with clear description at the first time, instead of opening a bug report full of complaints but short of description only after complaining for several years.

Also read http://www.kde.org/code-of-conduct/ . If you keep using insulting words, it wouldn't surprise me that someone will step in and ban you here, too.
