Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the KDE menu by clicking the "K" in the bottom left
2. Click "Computer" along the bottom of the menu
3. Click "System Settings"
4. Click "Login Screen"

At this point the System Settings app crashes every time.  Even after a reboot the crash still occurred.

Actually, literally, as I was submitting this bug report, the Login Screen loaded successfull.  Weird, but there's definitely a bug here somewhere.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
