Using master.

Originally reported in KMail1 (bug 250296)

Steps:

- KMail settings / Appearance / Layout, change to 'Shwo the message preview pane next to the message list'

- press J

KMail then complains about the shortcut.

Restarting KMail solves the issue.

Fix Bug 272155 - JJ: 'J' becomes an ambiguous shortcut after switching

And reduce mem leak when we recreate action
