Image ALT text does not appear. 

Hmmm ! the bug report page is asking for more information. 

What exactly happens  - Image ALT text does not appear.
When does the problem happen  - When the mouse is hovering over an image that has an <ALT> tag.
How can you reproduce the problem  - Hover the mouse over an image that has an <ALT> tag.
What would I expect to happen  - I would expect some text to appear.
