Version: 4.0 (using KDE 4.6.0) OS: Linux The window background of gtk-based applications is not uniform, but for example a white ring appears. In additions, it is independent of the application used, the oxygen color-scheme used on kde and the oxygen-gtk-version (1.0.1 and 1.0.3 tested). I encountered this problem on openSUSE11.4 64bit KDE4.6.0, while on openSUSE11.3 32bit KDE4.4.4 it was all good. I attached a screenshot of nautilus using oxygen-gtk 1.0.3 64bit. Reproducible: Always

I found it depends on the nvidia (closed) drivers. All good with nouveau open-source ones.
This is a duplicate of bug 259822 Problem with recent nvidia drivers and Cairo. You need to have a patched version of Cairo. See: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?action=knowledgebase&content=136216&kbid=556 for instructions and possiblee patch to cairo (that you would need to compile manually). Sorry, not much we can do about it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 259822 ***
Ok, thank you Hugo.
Hi Hugo! Today the update of cairo fixed the issue :)
Great ! Enjoy ! (and I should get less complains about it, so that's good news indeed)
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679039 Here there is all about this bug as regards openSUSE11.4. However, congratulations for your cool work ;)
