Although I have assigned the right-mouse-click to "application launcher" (in the menu with Alt-D Alt-S), clicking right does not call application launcher but only the options menu again (alike Alt-D Alt-S). 

Assigning middle-mouse-click or left-mouse-click to application launcher does work. Assigning other commands to right-click also works. However, application launcher does not work with right mouse click.

Same problem here.  Application launcher works on any mouse button except the right click button.  Using KDE 4.6.2 on Sabayon, but the problem still exists if installed through Portage instead of Entropy.
