I have enabled the activity bar panel widget, but I cannot simply drag windows to it. This would make moving windows between activities (which is usually what I want to do) much less painful.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to drag window to activity in activity bar

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Window should disappear and appear in other activity. Or at least a popup menu should appear asking what I want to do.
