Version:           4.6.0 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

When i switch from one tab to another, the toolbar flash.

it's the same when moving tabs with (Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right).

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Smooth ui ?

I expect this to be due to kpart but maybe something better can be done.
